PRODigy development pattern
The PRODigy development pattern is our proven IT solutions methodology based on the Agile framework. It enables us to provide high-quality products and solutions, which add evident value to our customers infrastructure while minimizing costs & risks.
The PRODigy development pattern addresses the specific needs of software development conducted by small teams in the face of vague or changing requirements. It helps tremendously in the management and control process that cuts through complexity as a best practice for rapid application development (RAD). By breaking down the project into smaller chunks or tasks (i.e. User Stories), and adopting iterative project sequencing for both development & testing, the PRODigy development pattern helps us deliver precise solutions with optimum quality in a record timeline.

As part of our PRODigy development pattern we extensively practice eXtreme Programming (XP). The main aim of XP is to lower the cost of change. In traditional system development methods the requirements for the system are determined at the beginning of the development project and often fixed from that point on. This means that the cost of changing the requirements at a later stage (a common feature of software engineering projects) will be high. XP sets out to lower the cost of change by introducing basic values, principles and practices. By applying XP, a system development project will be more flexible with respect to changes.
PRODigy and Agile are all about: Individuals and interactions over processes and tools; Working software over comprehensive documentation ; Customer collaboration over contract negotiation; Responding to change over following a plan.
